When I started riding (small dirt bikes) in the early 1970's there were very, very few bikes with body work. The Honda Goldwing hadn't even been invented yet. HD had was about all there was, for permanently installed bags and fairings.....

As a result, I can most easily identify with the purest form of a motorcycle..... for me, less is always more. Covering stuff with plastic usually ends up with sloppy placement and uglier parts than they would be if they could be seen.

Yours has just enough color, and it tapers in the right places. It looks like it is in motion, even when it's standing still. And, it doesn't look like everything else.

There are some nice entries this month - I also really like the green halos. If it were a matter of choosing a bike that was 'mainstream', that's where I would have voted.

Completely agree. My dad always boasts about his old CB's and his GPZ. He had a CBX at one point too. Those old bikes have a different feel to them. Definitely will be buying one of those bikes when I can, but it's going to get a lot of modern parts on it that's for sure.

Still need to work on a paint job for the tail it needs some red on it, but brakes are next. I need some stainless lines and I've got one more big piece that needs to go on. Most likely going on over the summer.

I'd like to thank my friends and family for supporting me through this election. Most of all, I'd like to think my supporters.
