Second.

"There's this adage that we have 2 ears and one mouth so we should listen twice as much as we talk. Unfortunately with the Internet people have taken this old adage and turned it around. They have two eyes and 10 fingers so they think they need to post 5 times as much as they read. And since they have 10 fingers and one brain, they only have to think 10% of the time! "

Kinda hoping my new baby could get some love.
First time she's been eligible since Falcon blue ate it and I pick this up as her replacement. I had a month to get her to where she needs to be for this contest

Hoping someone can second Beasty for me :-]

girl went through a ton of changes in the past two weeks. I threw on the M4, race cowl, and took off the passenger pegs. Prior to that, I had the frame sliders installed and did the fender eliminator. Overall, I love the way she looks. Really race oriented now and this is my birthday month *cough*

Enjoy!

I'd like to nominate mine by merit of its comeback from the world of the dead.
I had a frontal crash on March 7 and besides breaking my left collarbone into 4 parts and fissuring a rib and my right hand, I pretty much totaled the bike's front fairings and scraped and broke a bunch of stuff on the left side.

The revival was partly made possible by a bunch of people here on the forum.
The fairings came from snazzy, the generator cover was from jdotkdot, and the muffler came from willis84.

Besides that, it took about 1 grand in new spare parts to rebuild (including front side innards, gear lever, clutch lever, left bar end, front fender, windshield and much more).
In all, it took about 2.6 K total to get it back into shape (new helmet not included).
Amazingly enough, the mirrors, windshield and instruments cluster survived the catastrophe (the windshield I replaced anyway because it still got a few scratches).

Without much further ado, here's a before/after with a pic from when the bike was impounded at the police station, and one from last weekend when I took it out for a ride.

Cheers!
