2014 AHMRA Vintage Races at Willow Springs

Well some of you might have seen the thread that I posted up in the West Coast forum. I managed to get out to catch some racing on Sunday and make some new friends so I figured I would take a minute to share up the pics here. There were a lot of Kawis out there, which of course always makes me happy. But there were, overall, a lot of really badass bikes.

I'll start with the important bikes first

I mean... I didn't think the B-Models were vintage JUST yet... but hey... at least he's representin'

Side-cars anyone?

Anyway, It was a great day once the weather cleared up. Definitely a worthwhile little solo ride. If you want to see more pics, you can check them out on my Smugmug here: Willow Springs Vintage Races 2014 - TheApexDream

Or you can read about it in my blog (linked in my sig).

Hoping you all had an awesome weekend!

Yeah it's one of my favorite motorcycling events of the year. One of these days I'll have a little thrasher to race alongside em.

I should have assumed that this happens for motorcycles as well, but I've never heard of it before. I go to an event with vintage race cars every summer and it's one of my favorite traditions (way better than some of the holiday ones )
