watched the lap ....was a nice gesture of rememberance
but as for the race .....pile up on first corner then poor ben spies tried so hard ....and rode like a demon to get into 1st just to get nabbed on the line by stoner ....what a shame

Yeah, I watched the race. The ending was very surprising. I could only think that Spies lost his drive when he got onto that painted part of the track. It was wet and maybe that was just a bad idea to run that wide off the last corner.

I never thought about the going wide & the wet paint. just those honda have alot of power out on the straights. Yamaha and Tech3 have do some more homework, to get that power they need.

Stoner got Spies by .015 of a second... it was a really good race, it just sucked the Rossi and Hayden were taken out on the very first corner... I was really surprised that towards the end of the race they went to commercial Spies was in fourth then when they came back he was in first, because at one point Stoner was ten seconds ahead...
