Pretty sure smallest available adult size is a US 38. Add a chest/back protector and it should work fine for ya.

Depends on which brand but I'd say US 42 for you.

I'm 5' 6" & 165lbs. I've squeezed into a US 38 Dainese 2 piece w/Knox BP and now wear a US 40 A*'s MX-1 w/ A*'s Bionic chest/back vest.
