You may have just missed ridersdiscount.com Alpine Stars MX-1 for $499-$599 deal.
You would need a US size 38.
Contact Mike or TJ @ Ridersdiscount see if any more available.

Check out Technic, AGV sport and a few others. You can hit a Cycle Gear too and pick up the BILT stuff... but if you're going that route... the Sedici stuff is a hair nicer I think.
Also... craigslist! You get people selling used gear after they sell a bike sometimes because the guy buying it didn't want them or fit. You can find some pretty good deals if you scour the web a little.

Teknic tends to fit the bigger guys. My buddy has a Joe Rocket that he crashed in like 7 times and it still held up (with a little duct tape) then he went racing and upgraded to a custom suit.
A* stuff is usually pretty good for the short/average size rider. You can find a lot of suits on closeouts at places like motosport.com, motorcycle superstore, motorcyclecloseouts.com, or Revzilla.com. I typically don't waste my time with cycle gear brands but I HAVE heard SOME good things about built. I looked at them and sedici and I wasn't too impressed with the quality. Two piece suits are typically cheaper than one-piece suits and if you are doing road riding they are typically a little more practical.

If you value your skin much I would avoid the Bilt stuff, yes it is cheap and what you get is not even worth what you pay for it. The seams blow out and the leather burns through. I would actually avoid any of the Cycle Gear home brands as I have yet to see any of it that is any good !! Get the very best you can afford, even used, you can look at the WERA classifies, ebay, Craigslist and many of the other race forums. As you are sliding along the pavement you will be thankful for it.

CycleGear has some really cheap full suits but they certainly aren't as good/safe as higher end suits. They are better than jeans though.
