Does ANYONE make an aftermarket clutch cover for the 05-06 zx6? I cant find them anywhere, and to be honest it's a tough bike overall to find race parts for. Gets kinda frustrating. |

NRC makes some racing case covers for your bike. They're not as flashy as the Woodcraft but theyre a little cheaper.

I'm a manufacturing engineer at a urethane casting factory. We make some pretty tough formulations that would work well as an extra guard over the factory clutch cover. Since I just bought an '05 ZX-6R racebike a few weeks ago, it would probably be in my best interest to see what I can come up with.
I'll take my spare cover to work and talk to our chemist about which formulation I should test first (we have hundreds to choose from)
I'll let you all know what I come up with.
Timm
