Few days ago bought my Icon contra jacket. Just putting it on I feel the difference in quality. the armor feels much better and stronger. The back armor in the blitz was a flimsy foam that a 5 year old could teat. Still At the time i was going from no gear to gear to it was better than a t shirt.
Love the contra now, but I'll keep the blitz as a back up, you never know. | Blitz?.........I think u mean Bilt

I have a frank thomas jacket. I love it. It is water proof and comfortable. A perfect winter jacket. I didn't know it was water proof until I went through a rain storm and my body was dry.I have seen some people at the track in the suits and they feel alright.
The bilt suits just feel cheap. Like fake leather feel. I have never seen one at the track.

Got sedici leather gloves which i have crash tested. comfortable and holding up very well. my first and only pair of gloves too so it's seen some good mileage.
got a Bilt top of the line helmet $199.99 at the time, my first and only helmet, i ordered another helmet last week. will compare, but the Bilt has been super so far. full face, flip up, retractable sun visor, all good stuff.
I know price isn't the total indicator for quality, but i looked over the items real good before making my choice and talked to the chaps (went in store to buy/try on for sizing), so i did get good stuff from CG. I can't say if the quality has slipped though, haven't been to CG store for over 7 months.

Boot leathers are terrible. I bought a trackside 2 piece suit, the pants never had the right size label on them( I ordered 4 replacements). The zipper on the jacket just broke and blew open while riding. The quality of Bilt leathers is horrible. Sedici on the other hand I'm not sure about leathers but I have the laguna boots and they are pretty good for the price so far. But seriously, I can't see anybody not being disappointed with the bolt trackside suits. They just do not work. I returned my bilt stuff after exchanging 3 jackets and 4 pants, each time something was broken/missing/wrong with them.
