I talked to Todd Karam (the director of Moto Series) and he said you' be ok with your bike and gear as-is for your first track day. Just leave the regular mix of antifreeze and water in, tape up your lights, and you'll be good. Your textile gear will be ok too. The pace they do in the instructional group won't be quick. You'll probably be able to open it up a bit on the straights though, and you CAN crash if you really want to, but if you keep in mind the kind of gear you have on and ride a sane pace you'll be ok. We don't just throw you out on the track and hope for the best, the intent is to get you used to a trackday first before you get out there with faster riders. It's still a blast and I'm sure you'll have a great time.
