Oh, you were planning on running TTT on both days? My guess is that you would really not want to do that. TTT on day one "maybe" and the full track day on day 2 if you are going to do that but personally I would run TTT in the morning, bump up and finish in Novice on day 1 and then run the full Novice on day 2. Don't worry about being in shape or getting wore out, except for your cheek muscles from smiling so much. I'm just about as out of shape as an old guy can get and still be living. I get more wore out prepping my bike than I do actually riding. If my son goes I might try to get him to do TTT in the morning and then finish out in Novice rather than going straight into Novice. I think the classroom is good for needed info the first time out.

hero.. are u guys going to rent a garage there?.. $200 for two days and we can all split it.. fits 4 bikes and gear..
I originally said no that I wasn't going to rent a garage. The main reason I said that is because I didn't remember Putnam even having garages. Well, they didn't but by the time our track day comes around they might have:

I sent an email to my buds asking if they wanted a garage and so far one has responded with a no. I assume the other will respond the same way. We will probably have 4 bikes there with either 3 or 4 riders.

It'll either be the Holiday Inn or Motel 6 or both, probably both. We have reservations at both now. The Motel 6 is only $55/night and believe it or not the room was actually very nice. It was in good shape, large, had a mini fridge and a microwave. My buddy is a Holiday in priority member so he can stay there for free.

You don't actually have to safety wire for the Novice class but I have both of mine safety wired because I've been plan to bump up to intermediate shortly. If my son doesn't go along to Putnam I might just run the intermediate class there. I'm torn because I'll go from passing everyone in the class to getting passed by everyone in the class.

Super nice riding weather today so I took a ride down there to see what I could see. It's exactly 60 mi. from my house and was easy to find. Place was closed and the gate was locked, but what I could see from the road looked fun.
