Hey guys, new to the forum. Not real big on must forum lol but anyways. I just got a super clean very low mile 2004 zx6r 636. It had 3100 mile when I got last month I know the guy that bought it new. He never did any mods so it was 100% stock. I took it to the track all stock it ran 11.22@122ish. Which I thought was ok. I wanted to see how fast I could get it go as stock possible. Took the muffler off, lowered rear 4", top butterfly delete, plus 4 rear sprocket, and strapped the front. No real performance mods. So far got it down to a

Runs pretty good it me. What do you guys think? And to some of you yes I know they were built for corners! Lol

Only video is gopro on my helmet. I will post it soon. I launch @12k with a good amount of clutch. Muffler delete lol it picked up three whp and carried to power to redline. Thanks for complements guys.

Man i must be doing something wrong cause im launching at 10k and fastest was a 2.3 but im barely slipping it. Any advice?

-- what psi are you running the rear tire? maybe flatten it a bit for more grip and launch harder.

-- did you lower the rear & strap the front?

-- re-gear the sprockets?

Great times. No stretch? Makes me wonder what I would pull at the track. Have everything and then some with a stretch and pc3

I have it lowered 2.5' in the rear and 1.5' in the front now. 0 PSI was taken out. I have accidently with the setup i have popped up the front tire on quite a few times at 12k.

Mods currently on bike -2 front sprocket and +4 rear sprocket (rear sprocket on the way)
