190/65 Bridgestone V01 slicks, anyone used it?

Hi, guys, not sure if it is the right section to post this question....

I would like to ask if anyone here ever used Bridgestone V01 slicks on their 6R, they only come with 190/65 rear and 120/60 front. Recently a friend on gixxer 1000 kept recommend me this slick tyre, I did once know a bloke who had them on his 600RR but lost contact with him, so....

I did some research, normally people only discuss about 190/55 profile onto a 180 rim, I know to squeeze 190/65 onto a 180 rim the tyre profile will be taller, but would like to ask if anyone tried it and would share their review with me please, like how it handles etc. I understand the geometry will be different due to taller rear tyre and shorter front tyre (120/60 instead of stock 120/70), what suspension changes need to be done? Also will the rear tyre contact with chain or swingarm or rear mudguard etc?

Thanks.

Just tried this tyre calculator, is it true that with 190/65, my actual speed will be faster than speedo!?

I've got a mate that sweared by em on his 6r. 650 is actually in reference to the rolling diameter of the tyre, 650mm. The tyre is actually 185mm wide not 190 to.
Will be fine to run, I'm currently using the V02 which is 201mm wide with a 655 rolling diameter. Gonna run the V01 next.
