1st 636 ride out

After taking delivery on Friday I finally got my first decent ride out on the new bike!

100 miles around the English Peak District, absolutely beautiful twisty roads

I have been riding for years but this is my first real sports bike and nothing has come close in my opinion far better than my ER-6F I had before!

Cant wait for my next decent trip now (British weather allowing)

Good choice, they look great in Silver too.

I just looking into getting a new exhaust now and giving it a bit more of a tidy up to replace some tired parts.

just trying to get the most out of it before the weather goes to crap!

Weather is a state of mind..... if you have the right gear, you don't mind nearly so much.

If you're having problems with the exhaust, apparently the 2003 headers are a direct fit and opens up way more options for the end can.

Not sure how true that is but it's what I've read somewhere.

I have a Micron on mine and just had an MOT advisory for it being 'noisy' LOL

Makes a great noise though. I also have a FireBlade 954 with a Yoshi can on it and the 636 sounds so much better.
