It's the OEM manual, it gives you all the info you need. Sure it doesn't tell you step by step how to remove the airbox, but it does show you an exploded diagram on 3-4 where you can clearly see all three bolts that need loosened/removed.

I would think that a kit for that type of headlight mod would come with a set of installation instructions. And if they don't then they're probably cheap junk and will break soon.

I'm new to the ZX6R site, (this is my first post) and I'm excited to explore it for all the useful info on it.
EvilTwin, this question is for you. I recently bought a 2003 Ninja ZX600k1. Which of the manuals do I download? You have a number of 600 manuals with different letter designations.

Yeah yeah, yours is the one of the confusing models. You'll use this manual, for the 03-04 636. For future reference you can always check the last page of a Kawi manual to see what models it covers; this one lists the 03 ZX636-B1, 03 ZX600-K1, and the 04 ZX636-B1.
