Define full lean. Depending on the tyre, full lean is when parts of the motorcycle are being grinded by the asphalt, footpegs not taken into account since the stock ones fold. Using non foldable aftermarket footpegs will alter the maximum lean angle, as well as adjusting the height of the rearsets. Since the cage or rails are made to hit the ground before the fairings, they often (at least the cage on the first picture) alter the maximum lean angle. If your question is if you will be able to get your knee to the ground with a cage mounted, your answer is yes.
Edit: Very very very few of us who ride will ever be at the maximum lean angle of the BIKE without crashing, so i wouldnt worry.
