It might appear that stereotyping NY, NYC & NYPD might have a dash of reality embedded therein. I'm not castigating all NY citizens. Tragically, it's been said before: we get the government we deserve. No one in the department thought this was bad idea? This was a case of men acting like little boys, and just wanted to watch the big bad ass yellow tractors roll of over these bikes + ATVs.

Someone should of had the idea to giving some units to Voc-rehab/comm. colleges as donar bikes. The must valuable regardlessss of number, should have auctioned off with clean titles, and the proceeds given to worthy charities. All of said charities would have taken $500 or $5000. Is NYC/NYPD that flush with funds that breeds a mindset that is utterly unable to think outside of the box?

I do not condone the idiotic manner which some riders conduct themselves on public streets. As a long time motorcyclist I am offended with this selfish and exceedingly stupid behaviour. These a-holes should be punted from the streets, their license/endorsement should be revoked. For no less than a year, if they are caught a second time, make it a five-year ban and if a third time, a lifetime ban. Why do I feel so strongly? 'Cuz I just hate Stupidity. Whether it be on the part of the riders, or that of the politicians. Ask most fathers/mothers if they'd feel differently.

Morons, the lot of them.

Lol I guess you missed the part where they said they were unlicensed riders to begin with... How are you going to revoke a license they don't have in the first place...
