And what are the symptoms of a cracked or broke motor mount? oil leak maybe ? As for the throttle being choppy I will definately try to fix that. I agree seat time is the key. in order to be less choppy just dont gas it as much when im in the air yea ? Bagmann I started with powering it up but it is so much safer and easier to clutch it up. Theres a bunch of videos online that help. Watch them, Try it out then come back with questions. Just know the bike will slam down every now and then when you get scared. At least thats how it was and still is with me

Check where the mounts connect to the frame. They usually break along a weld

Hey Spooner, how long did it take you to get to BP? And did you start out sit down w/ footbrake? Or staggered with footbrake or double back peg handbrake?

Once I actually started trying to learn bp it only took a couple months. I learned staggered with FB.
I wouldn't recommend learning bp with sitdown. You could but I think it would take longer since the bp is a lot further back due to weight distribution.
Took me longer to learn bp with sitdowns than pretty much anything else but sitdowns are kinda my weak point. Thats just me tho. Might be easier for everyone else.

Found some old lot pics from like 2009 I didn't know i still had. I was on an 05 636 and an 01 929 back then. The 929 was a beast but fuck it was heavy. The 636 was an absolute dream.

Haha thanks brotha, I was trying staggered with FB before. Felt super uncomfortable to me. Couldn't get use to it.

Yeah its just like anything new on a bike you have to get used to it. I've found with staggered that your side to side balance is key. I put most the weight on my left foot and used the right for brake and control. I ended up having to use jb on the rear peg to keep it from folding up lol

Lol yeah, I'm staying away from it for now (staggered). LOLLLL I forgot you're rocking stock pegs. Why don't have you a subcage?

I haven't had a subcage since OMR quit making them. Thought about getting an RSC subcage but shit theyre getting expensive. I've got alot of upgrades i want but 900 a month in child support kinda puts a damper on things haha
