It just needs a splash of white up at the headlight level, to balance out the front fender... even a small deflector sort of screen would be enough I think.

Yeah I'll probably chop up some sort of dirtbike front number plate to make it work. Can't decide if I want it to be white or black though.

2013 ZX6R Fighter Build

Here she is in all her glory. Just need to do some sort of front number plate/fairing and finish a couple more little details and she'll be complete. Really pleased on the riding position and maneuverability with the moto bars. Makes it feel a lot more "flickable" than the factory riding position.

Maybe you could use some sort of brushed aluminum front fender, rather than adding anything around the headlight.... the white fender draws the eye too much without anything else to balance it out. Brushed al would look like the triple clamps on the forks, and de-emphasize the fender to some degree... probably more work than it's worth.

Yeah I could. I think a generic acerbis front number plate cut down and make my own bracket for it would work well. Mainly I wanna make it fill the area between the headlight and the ignition.

Agree with trying a small white cap or shield or piece angled from the headlights towards the Speedo.

I really like how you mounted the cluster.

2013 ZX6R Fighter Build

Bought a $20 Acerbis generic dirtbike number plate and hacked it up to make it work as a front headlight fairing. Kept it true to the street fighter style by zip tying it on to the clutch cable, and the throttle cables on the top and around my light bar brackets down low. Super cheap, super simple, nice and rigid and gets the job done.

I wired the handguards to my headlight accessory lighting wires. I wanted to be nice and visible for night riding. So when the key is on they are on, which is nice when you need to see what you are doing at night but don't necessarily need the bike running. When you start it the lower of the two light bars kicks on as my running light/low beam and the upper bar works off of my high beam toggle switch. According to the manufacture of my light bars each one kicks out 2500lumens @ a 30 degree spot pattern. So with high beams on I have 5000lumens of spot pattern lighting up the road, plus the handguards kick off a nice flood pattern that really fills the up-front and front-sides of vision nicely.

At idle:

High beam on:

Missed this one lol. That's a nice fighter you got there man there's not many examples of '13 plus 6Rs to get inspiration from that's sure. That chopped headlight shroud brings the front together.

I've always thought of getting some dirty bars for my bike, but never pulled the trigger on em. Here's my fighter:

I saw that you put the turn signals on the passenger pegs if you ever get the desire to move them I tucked the ones on my bike behind the tail fairings. It might be different mounting them on '13 style fairings (mine's an '09) but I like the tucked look of em:

Very clean bike that you have

Thanks for the love fellas. Was a quick and fun little build and I liked the fact that there wasn't really any 13+ Zx6r fighter builds out there, so I just kept my eyes on my own puzzle and made the pieces work. Still have a chunk of front wiring(headlights, acc lights, blinkers) that I want to redo and make as short and direct as possible or at least get tucked behind the headlight fairing. But other than that she's just gonna be a slave to the streets as much as I can ride her. Gotta burn up the rear tire so I can get a new set of rubber, new sprockets geared down a bit lower for more torque and a fresh chain.
@Predator6R yeah, I almost did my rear blinkers just like that, but opted for the passenger pegs instead. Good looking fighter you have there as well, I really wanted to go with the fairing style headlight, but my ram air intake location killed that idea.
