was on a charity ride out on saturday and did several laps of the ulster grand prix circuit during the day , myself and a mate have both competed at the circuit previously so thing got a little enthusiastic .

so my question is what would you recommend as far as suspension mod's or upgrades afor fast road use as my zx6 j1 wasn't exactly confidence inspiring when the speeds got silly ? its just standard atm.
