I agree that fuel is WAAYYYY to much in the UK... however don't think that it will ever dop and stay down ever again....

I don't want to think negative... just a realist..

It's the same as $10.75 a gallon here, 90% odd tax. Our govt. are bleeding us dry, greedy fuckers.

CNN/Money: Global gas prices

UK is definitely up there.

However, being a realist, the UK transportation system is widely based upon buses/public transportation and not so much as private cars or motorcycles. That being said a car, or even a house, is generally only owned by a "rich person." Also, you have no oil refineries, oil needs to be shipped there.

UK transport is not widely public( public transport is a farce and doesn't run ) it's the same as the US. We mostly own our houses too, not rent.

houses seem to be alot dearer in england than the states but yes alot of us do own our own houses ,cars and even bikes lol.....i dont want to start something here but most things are alot dearer in the uk than the states ....not all but most things

you cant really compare the cost of living etc with other countries.
the uk alone varies a lot and we are just a wee island

i live 70 miles north of london and the average 3 bed semi here is around £170,000
another 70 miles north and i could buy a street for that

really thats outa control i can get 3 gallons here for your one almost 3.79-4.01 a gallon here ,,dam drugs are cheaper then gas there lol
