Just don't be tempted by MCE, biggest load of con artists going and they'll screw you over royally come renewal time when they'll just take your renewal out without telling you, then you have to jump through hundreds of hoops just to get your money back
Yeah, I've had dealings with MCE but it's not an uncommon complaint about them.

Here in So Cal, me and my wife (both 27) pay 1600/yr for full coverage on a 91 Chevy Camaro, a 01 Honda Accord, and a 05 ZX6R. I've got 10yrs driving with 1 speeding ticket, and she has 8yrs driving no points
Since im sure you all dont care to much about the cars , the bike itself is 293/yr

When insured my 09 R1 with 0 NCB, ebikeinsurance were half of what the others were... Worth a try. Spend time playing with options as well (for instance, worked out that Datatagging my bike - worth £30 - would save me £100/year). Breakdown cover sometimes helps as well, etc...
Btw, if your bike is not 100% standard, I would not entertain the idea of hiding that either, payback time would come if you claim!
