Yeah.. I went out yesterday for a short 150 mile loop i do sometimes.
It was a nice day to ride.
So i was almost home... about 5 miles. I came over this little rise in the road and about a half mile ahead i see a couple of cars on the right side of the road and
a couple more on the left. And 2 people in the middle of the road.
After a few seconds i knew it was the cops having a check point looking at licenses
and ins. etc. So i keep going and got up to them... fliped my sheild up and stoped.
It was 2 state troopers. One of them looked to be fairly young and he had a big grin on his face. Almost like him and his buddy just smoked a joint. LOL
So they just stood there and was looking at my bike. Not to see if it was legal, i mean just looking with a smile on there face.
The young looking trooper then said.." Go ahead, your good."
I said "Do you need to check my license or ins.? "
He said " No man... go ahead your good and have a nice day"
I said " ok.. you guys have a good one also.
So i'm home about 3 mins. later. Put bike on rear stand to shoot some lube on chain.
Go inside to grab beer.. come back outside and sat down.
After about a couple of mins. i looked in my wallet to see if i did have my ins. card.
Turns out... I didn't have my bike ins. card. By mistake... i put my truck ins. card in my wallet.
i don't think he would of wrote me a ticket for not having my ins. card with me anyway....as cool as they were.
This was funny though. LOL
