I have got bad running at 4000rpm, which is 30 mph in 3rd gear. I have had it since i got the bike ( 589 miles). I thought it was just a problem with the new zx6 so i had a full Akro fitted and power commander. It still does it, although its now fantastic all through the rest of the rev range.
The dealer has had it back and confirmed there is a problem but with the power commander and pipe on they cant diagnose it. So they want me to put it back to standard ( NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!). So if anybody has had the same problem and got it sorted it woud be a big help. The dyno people are going to try and sort it but if they can't sort it then its a lot of expence coming my way.

My poor running is number 3 injector not working @ 4000 rpm. The dyno centre changed the injector and it didnt clear the problem, so next stop cdi.

My mate had the same problem. It turned out that there was a pin sized hole in carb mate.

57' 6R and no problems, although I did notice my bike struggling at 14'000Revs in 5th gear the other day. That's the first time it's done that.
