Looks like a race event. Most trackdays don't allow passing unless you're on straights I believe.

I think it IS a race. They mentioned WERA superstock class in the description. Crazy riders!! They have titanium balls!!

Actually they allow passing on the outside in corners even in the Novice class at a couple of tracks, unofficially that is.  | |
