Sorry Miko but...

We all ride bikes. We can all ride fast if we choose. Why the hell do people think that these videos entertain us? They actually show how dumb and impulsive the rider is. Please stop promoting these ridiculous videos.

Just makes people who stop by the site think that we are meatheads. ...at 160mph. Ninja please!

Not necessarily. I rode just like that too in the first week of getting my first bike ever, when I was 21 years old. Didn't even have 100 miles of riding experience then. Looking back at it now, it was pure stupidity. I had barely any skill and my balls were certainly not bigger than they are now. Like someone else mentioned...ANYONE can go fast on a highway. There's nothing impressive about it.

Personally... I find going a buck forty through turn 1 at Laguna Seca - a blind left-hand turn, over a hill, with nothing to tell you where you're going besides aiming at a telephone pole on the horizon as your ass comes out of the seat and the front wheel comes up - then to braking as late as possible and dropped 4 gears before going into turn 2 much more exciting than this.

But that's just me.

This is the kind of thing you see when someone gets a liter bike. They get extra throttle happy. It is fun to just twist the throttle to the stop. In traffic.....you should have more self control. We probably all have done this at some point. But like the man said, bragging about it on-line...not the smartest thing. Why do you think so many liter bikes end up in the DUMP?

Yeah, I never understood the excitement of highway riding. Rather boring at any speed. More challenging to ride around a parking lot at slow speed, lol. Get to the track to get the blood pumping. Oh, and don't forget your speedo is off by about 15%, so 160 is really in the 140 range. Best to use a gps to gather true speed data.
