So uh... there might be a slight change in plans on my part. I did not know this but MWGP is having a ladies only racing event at Streets of Willow on that Saturday and it's only 89 bucks. I'm not going to be devastated if I don't make it but I really want to try so I may either:

1. Eat the cost of the track day on Saturday and buy the race day and roll out to B-dub on Sunday.

2. Try and sell the Saturday spot for 90 bucks

3. Not do the race day at all (sadness).

Since I'm a little strapped for dough, the latter may be the only option but if I can find a way to unload my spot for Saturday I will most certainly be hauling my happy ass out to Streets. Even if I come in dead last, it's worth getting out there.

Not sure what the outcome will be yet, but either way I'll be bringing my ZX6R. I'm tired of messing with the Yam and I need some quality time with my girl.

Which group did you sign up for? If I have my 6R by the end of this month, I'll be interested in buying your spot.

I'm talking with one fellow from Roseville Yamaha n Kawasaki to work out a deal on a '15 since they only have 1. He's trying to sell me a '14 since Kawi has 1K rebate on '14's.

I was misinformed on this one anyway. Looks like it's an actual expert class race so I won't be attending.

I don't have a race license so oh well. I will have something to look forward to for next season, though.

See you all at Buttonwillow on Saturday.

They let folks who don't have race licenses race? As long as it's not "expert" down there?

They have a "Run What Ya Brung" class where you can show up and spend a day on the track with a race at the end. I thought this was going to be similar to that.

Well boys and girls, the big weekend is coming up! I'm excited to meet everybody and have a killer weekend at the track and incase this is anyone else's first time to Buttonwillow, especially since most of us that I know of are doing A Group, this map may come in handy. Kali636 shared it with me earlier, take it as you will.

Thanks for the annotated map! I'll be there this weekend, and it's my 2nd time at Buttonwillow so it's great to see some notes. (Although maybe I'll take my own this time).

Also first time not going with anyone else or in a group, so it'll be good to meet up with some fellow zx6r-ers.

I'll be rollin' up in my honda civic towing my bike Friday night and setting up camp. I can hardly wait!!

Nice! Absolutely, I'm not sure how helpful it'll prove but maybe a bit! I've got an RV I'll be in for the weekend I think most of us we're planning on basically congregating there, I want to say I reserved spot 15A but I have no idea. I'll call tomorrow morning and confirm it all and let everyone know, I'll be arriving Friday afternoon/night as well

I'll be there Friday night.

Heads up, There's security there all night Friday night... so if you're driving up or down or whatever, and wanna show up Friday night... you can do so.

See ya'll there. Super excited. I may have to move my pit area when Preston gets there... but I'll be camping there Friday and SAT night. Going to bring a mini bbq in case folks wanna cook. SOME food for myself. But I eat hella healthy now, so I'd suggest you bring your own food. Turkey cannot provide for you. LOL. but I should have a couple extra chicken breasts...

Hahaha indeed I'll be bringing a cooler with my own food. I usually camp out when I'm at the track. I'm sure I'll stop in to town to resupply Saturday night as well

Not a bad idea. I reckon I don't HAVE to bring food for all the days/nights. Never thought of that. lol. durp.
