well i left on friday and got back last night i did just over 1400 miles in 5 days i hit the dragon cherahola(sp?) skyway a few times and then did the whole 120+ mile loop around NC/TN well here are the pictures it was a blast and i can not wait to do it again

That is one fun place to ride. After a couple of times through to learn it a bit, we let it rip at the end of the day.

Its the best time iv had in a while and I am already planning my next trip and hcky the R1 is a beast anybody who rides NEEDS to make a trip to the dragon

Ill be going there in the beginning of august, if my bike is running fine by then ill be towing it up there. I cant wait.

Yeah that R1 caught my eye too. The dragon is a must do on my rider list.

That's great, looks like you had a good time.
Did you manege to avoid all the bad weather we been having?
Riding in the rain all day sucks big time.
I want to go back in Jun myself, But Iv got to make some $ first,
If the ground don't dry some I'm going to be grounded.

The temps up on the Skyway are low this time of year huh.
I went over it last year in late Jun & the temps dropped 18 degrees.
75 down to 57 in just a few miles.
Makes ya wonder what it must be like to ride one of the passes (11,000)in Colorado.
The Skyway is only 6,000 feet.

Maybe some of us(forum members)can schedule a trip to the dragon sometime.
Would be great for us all to get together. & the dragon would be the perfect place for it.

Congrats dude, the dragon is a heck of a place to ride. @OND we definately need to schedule a trip for us all there, that would be freaking awesome for sure!!! We could try and ride a few times before that just so everybody knows everybody, and gets accustomed to their riding styles.
