So finally got the 2B juice box pro installed. Pretty simple install and everything is working fine. It has given the bike a little boost, and cleared up a lot of the hard popping and banging from the exhaust. The software provided is a great tool to adjust your map, but as I am new to this I wont be adjusting anything just yet.

Are there any other juice box pro users out there? There are loads of adjustments to make so looking forward to playing with it.

I know hicky has one, and he'll vouch for it. Ive been looking at one as well considering I run their pipe too.

I am pleased with it! It will accept power commander maps as well. You can store 10 maps on it and change between maps while out riding with a turn of a + screw.

i have one. i am using a akro full system power commander 3 map right now. runs great. good power all around with my mods. the dials increase fueling by 10%, make sure your dial is set to a pre programmed map position. mine was supposed to be a full system map on dial 3 but when i hooked up to laptop #3 had a zero map. i loaded the PC3 map and runs great

Anything 2bros makes is junk. Go with bazzaz for a fuel commander.

This. Definitely go Bazzaz. I've had a Power Commander, JB pro and I'm currently on a Bazzaz ZFI-tc and it's the best thing, ever.

IF the juice box was a decent fuel managent system why can't you find a single MOTOGP team running one? How about WSBK? No? No one? Hmm.. I guess it's pretty obvious it's junk because you'll only find it on a squids bike or a clearance rack.

2 bros racing.. :puke: Funny they call it that yet have no racers/bikes running their products.

motogp isnt going to run even Bazzaz...they use their own hardware/software, and of course it will all be control ecu and software soon. as for WSBK, i dont know the rules, but im sure they are all running some factory available ECU that allows full tuning of everything electronic. they dont run PCs or Bazzaz either, im sure. so that argument is pretty weak...:O

juice box works fine and has more tuning options than the PC3 does, also incorporates on the fly fuel adjustments by just turning the 3 knobs on the front. anyone saying its junk has either never bothered to use it or is too stuck up in their own ways and just thinks whatever management they chose to use is the best no matter what. youll run into alot of those types on the forums... ive tuned my bike with it using a base map from PC3 and made my adjustments where needed. i put out a decent power gain using it with my other mods. so dont listen to the nonsense , its a fine unit with all the ability of anything else. it does not control timing though but on a street bike this isnt necessary to mess with anyway.

Aren't you the dude that claimed like 20hp gain from your juice box? Lol

#20 ·
stock bike about 101hp . with juice box and mods 116 , dyno vid in other thread. again, the forums are full of close minded ppl that have no idea what they are talking about because they think what they use is the best and only option. try things for yourself then make your judgement based upon facts not Bs coming out of internet warriors.

it actually looks and sounds like a decent piece. any wire tapping needed to install (like the PC?)

i already have a PCIII, but this looks like a decent alternative. i mean, its fuel mapping...compatible with PC maps. as long as its built decently and wont blow up i dont see a problem with it.

however i dont think its a good idea to mess with fuel trims unless you can monitor a/f ratios, but to each his own. 10 maps seems like its unnecessary, but if you have one for full power, another for economy (although, these bikes are pretty efficient if you dont pin it everywhere anyway...), maybe a nitrous one if youre into that sort of thing...i can see where its a benefit.

im fine with my one map. i havent been dyno tuned, but i have a map from a buddy with the same mods and it should be close. his dynoed 115 to the wheel, and when i hit a dyno and get it checked if im close to that ill be happy.

its cheaper than the pc3 and does more things. so i see no reason why not to get it.. it uses pc3 maps as well and has basically identical tuning software , the fuel trim dials are divided into 3 sections and only needed if you wanna use them , you can fine tune your map with the laptop exactly the same as the pc3 for half the price. ive had no problems with it and im sure the ones saying its garbage have never even tried it let alone probably tried to tune anything themselves. ive had multiple power commanders and other devices on the 20+ sport bikes ive owned and built and tuned, and id use the juice box again if given the option.its no better or worse than any of the other popular tuning devices.
and yes you gotta tap the wiring into the pcm and injectors and tps the same as the PC units

well, i got a good deal on my PCIII when i bought it, and i never even looked into the JBP. otherwise i may have tried it. i always look for the best piece of gear for the best price i can...this would be another one of those that i would probably go for rather than spend more on a similar piece of equipment. kind of like the speedohealer vs speedodrd. both do the same thing, one is much cheaper than the other. i have neither installed though...but when i do, finally, decide to get some speedo correction ill go with the drd. whenever that will be...ha!

so other than hating

I actually do have a juicebox since 2 weeks ago and first days bike ran like a beauty. it was like perky and smooth!!! loved it. Now i feel like it went back to old days or im just used to it i dont know :/ lol

What map do you have? I kept it to the one it came with which was for a 2005 two brothers slip on and stock or after market air filter.

I did try a euro map for 05-06.. did not feel a difference and kept backfiring...
by the way it also still backfires, and only huge difference is that at a stop the is constant now. where as before it would be moving up and down.

any way what map to use? pc maps any better?

had a two bros pipe, gutted header, juice box, and other various mods on my bike. not only did my bike sound amazing, but it performed like a monster.

people will talk poorly of pretty much anything.

the muffler doesn't really do much performance wise as compared to the effect of modded headers and engine and tune etc... best thing for a muffler is that its super light and non restrictive. the tune takes care of the rest.

people saying the two bros pipe is bad for performance is just following the bandwagon of people just talkin crap..

you'll see plenty of team-built pipes that pretty much look like an open straight pipe stickin out just in front of the rear tire. it's an exhaust pipe..

as for the juice box, it does what it's supposed to do.
