I Ride: 2009 ZX6R DIABLO BLACK
Removing baffle from stock exhaust

Can i remove the baffle from my stock exhaust for now and run my bike like that until i decide on a pipe ? I thought when i bought the bike the dealer said "hell no" ! Because it would change back pressure and shit but not positive Anyone done this and how does it sound if so

I don't see that you'll have any benefit with stock exhaust and removing the baffle, once you get slip on or full system than you'll have to remove it.

I know on my bike with two brothers slip-on and removed baffle I get popping on deceleration ...but with Jumper mod popping sound is minimized though.

isnt the reason just to change the sound

modding your stock pipe never sounds good. there's more to it than just hollowing it out. i'd say take your time learning your bike as is, grab your pipe when youre ready, slap it on and go.

with a slip on, you gain a few horse power, but you will want to get a fuel management system since theres a new flow.
