The only map that I build is the one for the slip-on that is installed on the bike when I get it in; we program that map onto every control unit we send out for that model. Full systems vary a decent amount between manufacturers and it's not practical for us to try and get a hold of every exhaust for every bike. Dynojet has multiple maps for every bike b/c they accept map uploads from customers. But who knows what conditions that map was built under, and if it will really work for your bike. I've ran the downloadable maps off of DJ's website before and thought they were absolute rubbish, even though they were for the same set-up my bike had. You're much better off getting a custom tune, or buying our Z-AFM and building your own maps.

Its just whether or not theres a decent bazzaz tuner in northern ireland or not. Ive got a bung in the exhaust for a single sensor so the AFM might be do-able depending on price |

thought this was interesting... just wondering why bazzaz hasnt won best tuner since 2000
From academic roots, teaching university mathematics and conducting research for Harvard University, Ammar Bazzaz went on to become Data Specialist and Crew Chief for championship-winning American Yoshimura Suzuki Superbike race team. Ammar was instrumental in the implementation, tuning, and application of Electronic Fuel Injection in AMA Superbike.
In 2003, Ammar Bazzaz began using his exclusive engineering and design capabilities for a line of engine management products for performance motorcycles.

Actually it probably has something to with the fact that he hasn't been as involved with the race team since Bazzaz Inc. was founded. He's back in it this year though, so who knows, maybe he'll get it again soon.

The slipon map that is being built is built off of my bike, which is a Yoshimura RS5. Other mods (that I'm not sure if EvilTwin is changing stuff for or not) are air filter and jumper mod. If your bike is anything similar, it'll likely run fine, but as Jason spent a long time explaining to me, it's best to properly tune your ECU for your bike. My PC3 map was from someone with the same setup and while it ran significantly better, it is not as good as it could be (before Bazzaz anyway )

I would love to get one of those things and a tune for it, I just don't have that kinda cash...

You def won't get one out of ET; the AFM dealie would keep you out of the shop for tuning, but it's more money. Like I said though, the slipon tune should be mostly fine to start with, but won't be the best for your bike. The jumper mod is just connecting two little wires, costs nothing |
