Got it fitted to both my bikes and highly recommend it. It helps a lot under braking to grip the tank with my knees.

I have them on my 636 and to be honest I put them on as a bit of tank protection from scratches really - the thing is as soon as I sat on the bike you can feel these things gripping your knees, they are really worth the money - I am more confident hanging off the bike with these on the sides...

I got the snakeskin tank grips from techspec-usa.com for $65. Love em! They are comfortable and give me grip on the tank when I need it. Plus I really like the way that they are shaped and look on the bike

Stomp grips tear up leathers (and hurt a bit if you're wearing jeans!), those techspecs look good though.
I've just got stick on shower floor anti-slip tape on mine :|

I have the tech spec C3.... they are very comfortable but it cool do better on grip. Its okay but C3 is more like comfort with grip and the snake skin focus on Grip with comfort i think. But over all i love them.

havent fitted mine yet (still in garage) but tips on fitting them is use a tennis ball (or a small ball) to rub/roll over them to get them to stick evenly ohhh and do it on a hot warm day (thats why mine are still in garage weathers so crap here)

Have used both...tech spec and stomp grip...I would only use stomp grip as the level of grip is way superior and I havent had them tear up my suits.
I wont ride a bike unless they have them. One of the first things I order up
