Short story, headlight won't run high or low, but bulb isn't burned out and fuses are good. I suspect it's the relay, but I can't figure out where it's actually located on the bike even after looking over the manual and searching online. Bike is a 99 ZX6R. Any help is appreciated.

I have a 06 and its right by the fuse block under the rear fairing, I have heard of other bikes being up near the headlight area. Ill see If I can find it online.

It's behind the cluster. Take your windscreen off & the top of the relay should be facing up. It's hanging on a bracket with a rubber ring. Mine has 1 relay for each bulb.

Just found out online that it's in the junction box (where the fuses are) hidden inside. Pulled it apart and sure enough, I found a few relays in there. In order to replace them, you have to buy a whole new junction box.
