I may need a new set if I can't source a compatible shift rod or the bearings that go in the shift lever. Vortex changed them, and discontinued my model. I'm sourcing bearings that may fit with slight modding, but I'm screwed if it doesn't work.
Bike looks good BTW.
You're going track dedicated, or will she see double duty?
