Its 2016, thought everybody had a qs by now, yes I do. Low fuel light works as it should too. Its one of the coolest things I've come across that somebody took it upon them self to figure out and share with the community. I'm just wondering why you haven't bought one yet..-Steven

The adapter comes set for manual shifting.
There are some numbers in the setup program to help with blocking out spurious gear numbers as you change gear. If you use a quick shifter, then you can reduce these down considerably for a quicker gear display update. For example set 'Gear Averages' down to 4,8 and 16 or even 2,4 and 8 and see how that goes.
I haven't got a qs so have never had the opportunity to play with these.

I gotta get one of these. I gotta find a speedo first...

I have a question @extr400 if I wanted to put a 2005 Speedo cluster on a 2003 ZX6R would I need one of these or just a speedohealer? my 03 has a 05 cluster fitted and it reads low numbers like 4mph for 30mph your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi DocMc
You would need a speedo healer.
Not sure why you didn't get the 03/04 gauge though and save yourself the hassle.

But a speedo healer would fix your problem, and account for any gearing change you intend.
Although the 07-12 adapters I make have a speedo healer function built in, they have connectors to fit to the 07-12 gauge only.

Now suppose that I want to upgrade my dash to lets say... the Chrome I2M. The Chrome I2M can be plug and play with 07+. Would using this allow my 05 to be plug and play possible?
