I Ride: 2008 ZX6R x2 (Track)
My front end feels light.....(not a wheelie thread).

I've owned 4 ZX6R's in my life time and the current one feels a little light on the steering.

I bought all of them preowned so needless to say, the previous owners might have messed with the suspension/steering dynamics.

When I say the front end feels light, I mean at low low speeds (under 30 mph), the bike feels sensitive to turning left or right.

I've never had a bike feel like this before. Not my CBR's, not my GSXR's and the 2005 636 I sold last year wasn't like this.

I checked the fork height up front and a quick visual makes me believe everything is stock minus tire profile.

It also has a 70 profile tire. Would that make a difference? Maybe lower the front to offset the higher tire?

Could my old ZX6R's have been lowered up front or maybe this one is higher?

I just got new tires on my bike, and put a 120/70 on the front, and the steering felt noticeably different when I first got on it, so if all the other bikes have the stock size front tire, it would feel different.

the profile of the tire matters immensely on the twitchiness of the front end... my money is on the tires

I Ride: 2010 ZX6R race, 2005 ZX6RR parting out
Drop the forks alittle bit and see if that helps.
