I have a TV table that goes on the right side of my bike then i set the tank perfectly on it's rear, front going straight up. Requires a 90 degree turn. No disconnects required. It's a LITTLE tough to get to the right 2 rings on the intakes...
I neglected my 6 today. It started to rain again 15 minutes before I had to leave for work. I don't have rain gear and I didnt want to get my clothes wet before I showed up to work.
I know I did, especially after my cage incident last week, at least I am able to put weight on the knee again, I think by next week I'll be able to get back on, better be soon my girl misses me!
I beat off all over it. No, I took it for a ride and yes, it was fucking windy and did I care? No sodding way. Got to play with all three toys today, it was good.
I've got matte black ceramic flame-proof for mine when I'm done scuffing em and sanding em down. Just need to find some time to clean the second damn cat out of there :tounge2:
Yes yes, use 180 by hand first, then a heavy duty scotch brite, then a softer scotch brite. When you get to the header top mount part were the header mout plates are, your gona need a dremil to scuff it up bc that copper/grey coating is on there, then repeat steps as above. Easy other than that last section.
Good luck man.
I would go through all of that, but I'm not looking to get them as pretty as yours. Just a quick scuff with rough paper and a clean up with the scotch brite to get better contact with the paint. I've got a primer also so I'll be putting a couple of coats on overall.
I would go with the shiny look, but it would look odd with my M4...otherwise I def would like the contrast
That will be a sweet setup though once you get it all done :bigthumb:
Very unique.
