Had a race with a Gixxer. Felt dirty afterwards...

A play on words, or words on play
Last chapter, verse in the final act
Words well scripted, each sentence choking
Inaudible gag, blanket which suffocates
As you eat another's words
Malnourished, you starve.

With the protracted winter weather we've been having in these parts, I finally got around to washing the filthy pig. We might reach 70° F tomorrow (for the 1st time in 2017) - I just may go for a long ride, and get it dirty again.

swapped my lower eazi-grips for clear ones and fitted a PSA for the strange people down here in Cornwall that keep touching her and causing me to have to talk to them (there's no polite way to tell someone to f*** off and don't touch my bike

Learn how to tune them. They won't make a shit of difference if they are not tuned appropriately. I have seen it a hundred times. Set up is KING.

Removed the KIBS decals that were stone damaged on the front fender, quick washed it twice after horrid weather riding since the car has broken down.

Tried and failed for the second time to drill out two sheared header studs. Then ran out of fuel two miles short on my way fill up.

Not a great weekend.

-------------------------------------------------------------

The best advice I ever received was "Just look pretty and try not to break anything."

1999 ZX6R (G2) - Pipewerx exhaust (dB killer removed) | Dynojet Stage 1 | K&N air filter | flushmount front LED indicators | Clear LED tail light with integrated indicators | Scottoiler eSystem | Pyramid Plastics hugger | HID headlight | Stubby levers | HEL braided steel lines | 07 ZX6R radial master cylinder | Bar-end mirrors | Double-bubble screen | Crash bobbins | one hell of an anal-retentive owner.

I was talking more about getting the clickers dialed in for each track. Knowing what the clickers do and feeling what you need for each individual track is key to getting comfortable going fast. Many guys ride around suspension problems instead of taking time to learn how to tune problems out with the hydraulics of the fork or shock. Many hours of tweaking settings and riding to test those settings will make you a faster, better and more controlled rider.
