Went to change the oil... frigging ass hats at the dealership where the PO took it screwed it on way to tight. And the adjustable filter wrench I picked up from auto zone sucked ass and did nothing but dent the damn filter. So I gave up and installed my frame sliders.

I'm sure if there were a chase, the chase would be longer than a 1/4 mile. Unless we were stuck in a fast and furious movie.

Whole reason i LOVE K&N filters with the cross-drilled nut on it.

Lol if I had enough room to do that I would have been able to use my big ass filter wrench.
Its mounted in the crook between the motor and tranny on the left side of the bike on the 09 up.

So this is how Naomi looks as of right now!..

So I will be pulling the shift drum and replacing it for sure.. Looks like a lil bit of wear.. Once I get the shift forks out will see what those look like and most likely replace them.. Shift star from pro (can't remember the aftermarket name) will be going in.. And he gears look brand new still..

I started tearing apart my bike today. I'm gonna do some modding, inspecting and upgrades. I've gotta keep my mind busy this winter.

Some things to be done:
Stainless brake lines, front and rear
Upgrade brake pads
Ape tensioner
Upgrade plugs and air filter
Replace the rear brake lever
Relocate the rear brake res
New integrated tail light
And some powder coating work
