Update: Just got home from a spirited 140 mile ride. The brakes did great, plenty of stopping power -



Also some notes about the '08 swingarm. Stability has increased. I was concerned about understeer from the longer wheelbase, but the bike went where I pointed it.

Turn in is just as fast as before.

Keep in mind though, I do have double stacked shims on my shock and added some preload to offset the length of the swingarm.

So all in all, while the swingarm looks great, it also turns out it added some stability to the bike.
