Now that is a really good looking seat, great to see that you kept it close to stock looking. Now I will email Corbin these pictures and ask then to send me one too. Did you use the seat on highway yet? Thats where my butt suffers the most.

It's much more comfortable in all riding conditions. I can do a lot more miles with less soreness.

Nice. Do they make a matching pillion? Added cost, but things gotta match in my world.

Jimundascores

ps. Your seat looks like a valentines day box of chocolates or a POV lap dance (or reverse cowgirl).

Yeah they make a matching pillion. With plain black leather I don't think it's necessary but that's just me.

Its been a while since I have update on this thread, 10/15/13 or so. I was finally able to drop off my bike so Corbin can use it for R&D. They said they only needed it for about a month if not sooner. I will post up some pics when its complete.

Completed seat

I finally was able to get down to Corbin and get my seat complete. I was only able to get the initial fitting done before the rain came down so I don't have any seat time on it yet.

This is when we first started:

Corbin Seat ZX-6R (2013)-corbin1e.jpg - Main area where all of the seat stitching is done

Corbin Seat ZX-6R (2013)-corbin1f.jpg - She is the one who stitched my seat together in literally no time flat. Amazing how fast they can put together a seat

Corbin Seat ZX-6R (2013)-corbin1g.jpg - I believe this was the rear seat being finished up

I ended up choosing the flat carbon with the Carbonium center so it doesn't look to plain. This was also carried over to the rear seat. Instead of leaving the rear seat plain I asked about stitching a logo, but Gustavo offered to inlay Ninja into the seat. He traced the Ninja logo on the tank then hand cut it. Turned out nice I think.

It actually feels the same height. The nice thing about going there and getting it done there is you can add or remove foam so it fits to your liking. Before they covered mine I was able to ride it and if I needed to could have made some adjustments so it felt better, but it felt spot on.

They do this for no additional cost which is awesome. So if you are within a reasonable distance from them I encourage you to ride in as opposed to ordering online or over the phone. They will still make adjustments if ordered online, but you would need to send it back.

so I guess Corbin can make lower seat?

The sole purpose of me looking to purchase this seat is because I need my seat height to be lowered.
