So since I haven't had my ZX6R long enough to have to change either of the tires yet, I have to ask....what makes it such a PITA to do it without that tool? I'm asking so I can determine if it's really worth getting or not. If it only saves a minute, I wouldn't think it's worth it, but the last thing I want is to fiddle around for a half an hour with changing a rear wheel.

2007 ZZR600 (sold)
2006 CBR600 (sold)
2010 1198 (parted out across North America)

2009 ZX6R (race bike)
2015 R3 (project bike and future race bike)

It is a PITA to get everything lined up (spacers/caliper/wheel) and insert the axle at the same time.

Ahh...so it's one of those jobs where you just need like 3-4 hands lol

Guess I'll have to try it first. That way if I learn the hard way, I'll get a better appreciation for this tool when I get it

Hope the front wheel is easier than on my previous bike which had 330 mm rotors and it was an adventure trying to get the damn calipers off due to lack of clearance between the rim and the rotors.

I was going to say that the 2013+ axles insert from the right side... but can you do it either way?
