Got Mine from amazon last week and its been amazing. Been to the water park, highway....dropped, Works amazingly for under 140 CND. Comes with like 30 accessories, and its WIFI so it can connect to my phone, and I can record and stop from there as well as the camera. Wicked Buy, I'll post up some videos when I get the chance.

Found it here for a little cheaper:
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/EKEN-...3iwaAvVs8P8HAQ

Has a $2 coupon at check out. When you go to the site, you can sign up for a $4 off, but it doesn't apply for 5 days or so. Went ahead and got it for $37.99. Looks like shipping takes a while and the sellers are hit or miss, but my card has buyer protection so I'm not really worried. I can get my money back if needed.

already got my shipping notification. Coming from China, so it takes 12-20 days to get here.

About time these dropped in price...GoPro is an excessively overpriced product. Surely the components are better quality, but not $500 worth. You get better support, but again, $500 worth?

GoPro products are overpriced and aren't innovating. I instead opted for a Garmin Virb which has GPS to provide speed, maps, g's, all for a more reasonable cost.

I have one. I also have a Garmin epix watch which can control the camera and data from the watch... Plush anything you could ever want a watch to do!

Any update on these cameras? Are they lasting? Any cons after some use?

Yeah they work decent. Great value for the money. I used those videos with an instructor for some really great review
