A statement tied to actual data..... what is the world coming to?
PowerGroove likes this.

"There's this adage that we have 2 ears and one mouth so we should listen twice as much as we talk. Unfortunately with the Internet people have taken this old adage and turned it around. They have two eyes and 10 fingers so they think they need to post 5 times as much as they read. And since they have 10 fingers and one brain, they only have to think 10% of the time! "

I added a link pipe to my rs4 and it definitely made it louder but it came out perfect sounding so I kept it. Didn't try it with the stock exhaust yet.

Man, link pipes are a rip off, 100$ and up for a bent pipe!?

Cheapest I could find was DanMoto for around 75$ but shipped from China.

-----

Just rechecked and they changed the price to 82.08$

I went with MJS because it was in stock and I got it in a few days. Pinebox was a few week wait when I checked. MJS was also cheaper and powder coated black already.

The Pinebox has locations for bolts for the stock heat-shield. I found that to be a big deal.

A play on words, or words on play
Last chapter, verse in the final act
Words well scripted, each sentence choking
Inaudible gag, blanket which suffocates
As you eat another's words
Malnourished, you starve.

Yeah. I tried to purchase one but was unable to through paypal due to lack of availability. I contacted the business owner and hopefully I'll get a response soon.

I also noticed no difference in volume when I installed my link pipe to my akropovic.

I ordered one through DanMoto but I didn't want to sign the waiver . . . so canceled and on to the next company. Pinebox hasn't gotten back to me. Next is either Black Widow or Scorpion.

I believe Hindle makes a link pipe, not sure if it's on their site but if you call they can sort you out. Might work out cheaper for you as well if you pay in cdn.

I went black widow, cheap and good quality. I have no issues at all with it. Didn't like the heat shield anyway so was happy to remove it.
