Unleash da beast

Finally said phuck it time to build something crazy. Goal is 150 horses will be happy with ( no I won't ) 130ish horses. I found an awesome machine shop Eddie Krawiec recommend to me. Already have most internals picked and on the way , so that part is done. I will update regularly if anyone is interested post up some engine porn.

I take it you have an 05-06? Best I've ever seen without turbo was 135 and that was a fully built engine from edr performance.

130 is relatively easy, and cheap. The dollar-per-horsepower ratio goes up exponentially after that but by all means, please post pics =)

Thinking about Bazzazaazazzaazzz deal now is everything. Fuel/TC/QS $860.00. I definitely plan on using O2 wideband Lambda sensor. I am going to reach out to a few old NHRA pro stock bike guys I know to see who is good at tuning. I have heard some pretty bad things about some tuners. They put on dyno run it stick a tune in it and call it done. Most will not play with all the capabilities of the fuel / ingnition modules offer. A lot will not mess with ingnition at all.

Your adjustable. Cam gears are going this engine. In fact did you get rid of the shift star you had for sale.

Going from top to bottom. Only thing I plan on not replacing will be the crankshaft. It will be checked for balance and reworked if needed.

If you do not mind a bit of advice from an old engine builder: get that crank magnafluxed while you have it out.

A bike that has already been in service that long may have developed microfractures in the crank which would become readily apparent when you start boosting the HP.

Just my $0.02

Due tono aftermarket cranks available I definitely plan on having it gone over. My plan is
2mm overbore 674 cc
14.75 to 1 pistons
Adjustable cam gears
Custom ground cams
H beam rods
Cylinder combustion chambers will be CNC massaged
Cylinder head will be CNC ported with epoxy.
CNC valve job
Block will be decked
Head will be decked.
Rotating assembly will be balanced. Crank rods Pistons.
Looking into F&L sp1 or sp3 fuel mixed or staright.
I have been told could see 150 at wheel is tuned correctly.
Fuel / timing controller plus quick shift.
I plan on tuning at drag strip then hitting the Texas Mile. If anyone in Texas has a place for me to crash. Lol

We hold the Grand Nationals at the drag strip down the street and you want travel to Texas.
Fly the tuner up here, cheaper then going there.
