Feedback please!

Ok, so this is my question, if i leave the headers stock and just toy with the muffler, will i be good to leave the carbs alone? For example, and this is not what i wanna do, but this is the extreme. If i just took the silencer off all together, would i need to change my jets??

I ask because i am thinkin of making something similar to the pinebox. i wanna get a stage one jet kit, would that be sufficient?

looking to start on this asap, so any help would be great!

The change in back pressure is negligible with a sports exhaust but a full system or removing the muffler altogether the lack of back pressure will lean out the mixture too much and without rejetting will cause you to burn valves...

I'd get a second opinion though

Unless you are able to measure and compare the amount of back pressure stock vs mod pipes then I expect you are going to have to get the bike re-jetted.
