Installing new parts.

So I've only had the bike for a week and I'm starting to add parts.

First I installed my Motodynamic integrated tail light and fender eliminator. Also installed the Shogun no cut sliders.

Finally I purchased som levers from MSM and I have to say that they are fantastic. The color really brings the front together for me. And the feel just as high quality as the Pazzo levers on my step dads Z1000.

I guess next is the exhaust but I'll probably wait until I can install a full system and tune since I don't mind the stock one. It sounds pretty good so not worth the slip on I feel.

Any other mods I should be considering right now. Don't intend to take it to the track any time soon. So mostly street and maybe some mountains if the weather will cooperate.

Adjustable rearsets. Don't settle for the middle of the road positioning of the stockers.

Glad that you are enjoying my levers! I pride myself on the quality that I provide so I am pleased that you find them to be comparable to the other top end brands (they are).

For bike mods: stainless steel brake lines for starters as it greatly improves front end braking feel.

After that, what is the intended use for the bike? Street? Track? Both?

Hey Man,

Judging from previous posts about folks asking what upgrades come next, I can see where this is going. I guess it is all in what you attend to do, and what you want to spend. It's good that you said you will mainly be riding on the road. Now the question is are you looking for looks or power? Personally for looks, I like a rear seat cowl when my wife isn't riding with me. Maybe a new windscreen unless you like clear or one was already placed on it. Personally my first purchases on all my bikes have been frame sliders, windscreen, taillight, Fender eliminator and exhaust. Then I went from there. It's your money, so get what you want. Maybe you should invest in some decent riding gear if you haven't already. Helmet, gloves, jacket.....

Racefit: Not for everybody.....
