Do you have lemon laws in Canada? When I lived in New Jersey, I successfully filed a lemon law case against a car dealer that couldn't fix a leaking sun roof on a new car.
The law in Jersey, which I think is similar across the U.S., affords the dealer 3 attempts to fix the problem before a lemon law claim can be made.
It was super easy because there were Lemon Law Lawyers that take your case on the contingency that they will not charge you fees if they lose and they build their fees into the decision/settlement of your case, not taken from your awards. I took a $3 grand settlement for the issue. Was very minimal paperwork. Just was a lot of waiting. Basically got $3 grand off a new car for a problem I eventually got fixed. But an issue like yours, you can elect for a vehicle replacement.
Worth looking into.
Other advice would be to try another Kawasaki dealer.
Or contact Kawasaki directly. You'd be surprised at their customer service. I'm sure Kawasaki has field reps that bounce between dealers. They might send somebody out to consult. It's coming out of their pocket anyway. This happened with another one of my vehicles that was having an Air Bag issue. I got an actual specialized Tech with my car brand to come out and fix the issue.
