Anybody have any ways to clean the inside of the headlight assembly? i've tried diluting water and alcohol and mixing it around but I would rather actually get in there. Kawi has a factory sealant around the lenses and makes it difficult to get in. ideas?

I'm bringing this thread back because I need the same help just bought new headlights for my bike and am going to install this weekend before I do I would like to clean inside of them. Any tips on opening without breaking clips. Another question are they supposed to be completely sealed because I can see light coming through where it seals if I shine flash light. If it is supposed to be sealed can I run some clear silicone around it to seal it?

The only way is to bake the lens in the over for a few minutes and then pry it open carefully. Im sure someone can give you specifics on what temp and how long
