buy new ones.
What you'll pay to have them powder coated will (usually) be more than you'd pay to purchase black ones, plus you can sell your old ones and off set a portion of the cost.
this assumes that you have stock parts.

. | It cost me just over $100 to get my whole frame, swingarm and misc bits powercoated black. My Gilles rearsets cost me over $500! I am with you though, I'd get aftermarket rearsets over going to the trouble to powder coat them anyday. Plus, it will look a little out of place with the silver frame, get it all done! Orange fairings and black frame look awesome, reminds me of the 2003 ZX7R's. Yummy.

I was looking at getting a few smaller items (engine brackets, foot pegs, little stuff like that) done for a project I had going a while ago, and they wanted almost $700 for what would have used less powder than to do a frame. I guess it depends on where ya get it done |
